About me

I’m Sean McAngus.

Im a student journalist at Glasgow Clyde College, blogger and a football fan. In 2013 he set up a blog called the Scottish Fitba Base about Scottish Highland Football League which grew popular and is still on the go with a loyal following.
This blog got Sean’s work seem to a wider audience and was the first step into pursuing a writing career.
Since then he has written for the Scottish Sun, Daily Record,Sunday Mail and Sunday Post.
As well as writing a number of online publications such as Ladsport and the Highland League Hub. Through his writing on the Highland League he interviewed many managers and players in front of a camera for the Scottish Highland Football League Tv (SHFLTV) set up by Ross Maclean.

I have lived in Glasgow since moving from a small town north of Aberdeen called Macduff. I document my student life through this blog and I want to inspire other to make the most of their lives.
