About

I’m Sean McAngus.

I’m a student journalist at Glasgow Clyde College, blogger and a football fan. In 2013 I set up a blog called the Scottish Fitba Base about Scottish Highland Football League which grew popular and is still on the go with a loyal following.
This blog got my work seem to a wider audience and was the first step into pursuing a writing career.
Since then he has written for the Scottish Sun, Daily Record,Sunday Mail and Sunday Post.
As well as writing a number of online publications such as Ladsport and the Highland League Hub. Through his writing on the Highland League he interviewed many managers and players in front of a camera for the Scottish Highland Football League Tv (SHFLTV) set up by Ross Maclean.

I  live in Glasgow since moving here from a small town north of Aberdeen called Macduff. I document my student life through this blog and I want to inspire others to make the most of their lives.

Thanks for your continued support and wish you all the best. Reach for the stars and always think positively. Look forward to hearing from you all.

Sean 🙂
